When you rent equipment, you can choose delivery options during checkout. We offer delivery to your event venue, setup services, and pickup after your event. Delivery fees vary based on location and equipment size.

All rentals include basic insurance coverage. If equipment is damaged during your event, please report it immediately. Additional charges may apply for significant damage. We recommend handling equipment with care and following usage guidelines.

We accept various payment methods including credit/debit cards, mobile money (M-Pesa, Tigo Pesa, Airtel Money), bank transfers, and cash on delivery for certain services. All transactions are secure and encrypted.

Refund policies vary by vendor and service type. Generally, you can cancel bookings up to 48 hours before the event for a full refund. Cancellations within 48 hours may incur a fee. Equipment rentals have different policies based on rental duration.
